A demure, elegantly dressed pin-up sits poised in what appears to be her refined parlor—only the entire room is improbably placed in the middle of a colorful desert scene, surrounded by oversized florals bursting with vitality. Around her, more than two dozen cats lounge, leap, and play, while a giant, looming feline watches over the scene like a benevolent guardian.

Both cheeky and ironic, Feline Fran embraces eccentricity while poking fun at the outdated expectations placed on women who live joyfully outside the norm. The piece turns contradiction into charm—blending refinement with wildness, calm with chaos, and domesticity with the unexpected—to celebrate the beauty of women who make their own rules, one whisker at a time.
