Please Note: Turnaround and shipping times will vary depending on the product ordered. The times below are estimates, not a guarantee.

Turnaround Time

Average production time for all printed products average 1-4 business days. Framed and matted prints average longer at 5-6 business days. 

What if it takes longer?

Because quality is important to us, we do our best to double-check as many orders as we can prior to shipping. If at any point during production, your print does not meet our quality standards, the print is re-printed. This can occasionally cause a minor delay. Other exceptions include situations such as inventory/supply issues, orders that have a high quantity of prints that require some sort of mounting, and orders during the Holidays. 

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, you will be provided with a tracking link for your order. Orders will typically be completed and delivered within 5 to 12 business days. Factors that may delay the delivery of an order within that time frame may include weather, order size, equipment malfunctions, or disaster. Customers that have not received their orders within 10 business days may contact fifigicreations@gmail.com for an order status check. 

Is it possible to get expediated or rushed shipping?

Typically, yes, just send an email to fifigicreations@gmail.com, and we can give you a quote on this.
